About her
Hello you!
I am happy in my own company, but I am naturally sociable and enjoy being in the company of others. I took Early Retirement and was ready to appreciate all around me, the sea, the New Forest, the Jurassic Coast etc etc. However, realising there really is no fun unless there is someone to enjoy it all with, so I have chosen to go back to work (just a little admin job) to be with a bunch of young, fun happy people. Are you like me and in or near Dorset (life is too short to sit on the motorway)? Then do get in touch and maybe meet for something cold to drink?
I have done the London thing, and still love it for the restaurants and Arts. I also have a passion for North Yorkshire (Harrogate/Ripon). If you know the area, then you will know why! Also, it's not far from the culture (Arts) that is in Leeds.
I have been married before (0 children - or links back to exes!), however, because I was divorced so many years ago (about 20+ years now), I see myself as single and as such, I am also independent.
As part of my 'next chapter' I have moved to Westbourne on the South Coast, to be near the sea, I love where I live, although I have downsized into a flat, I am happy here. mainly because I am 5 minutes from the beach!
My photos actually look like me - funny that! However, I have had my hair cut shorter (not short) and I have decided to embrace the 'grey' - I am 5'4", blue/grey eyes, fair skin and I wear a dress size 16/18.

What did you miss during lock-down?
I missed the theatre and Wisley Gardens
I used to work in Marketing and events and NED of several companies/Charities, on a voluntary basis. My first degree was in Business Studies and then I did a Post-Grad in Management Studies.
I enjoy getting away and have enjoyed several cruises - however, the last cruise I was on had a Covid outbreak and so it has made me re-think a little because, people are no longer taking as much care!
