Honest reasons not to date me:
* I often have a very compressed professional schedule and a degree of patience may be required, as I tend to roam around the planet at length. For cosy homebodies without patience of a saint this unfortunately may not be ideal, but I do earnestly invest in the maintenance and development of quality relationships. Honesty, communication, and shared understanding, are things I value very highly in any relationship.
* I am quite self-assured and don't necessarily need anyone or anything, and I am also cognisant of potential opportunity costs with regards to how I invest my time. The flip side is that I have the same concerns for other people from their own perspective.
* I am looking for someone who can be a particularly useful asset along life's journey, and with whom I can share life learning (I have a lot that I can share from my end on both counts). I want to find someone for whom I can be an amazing asset for in turn.
* I am generally not so enthused by strong political or ideological polarization.
