Kind, caring, affectionate with a spontaneous sense of humour. I keep myself fit and try to tread gently on this life journey. Love being outdoors but equally at home in front of the fire curled up on the sofa. Don't take myself too seriously, happy in my own skin but looking for .... a soul mate ( who isn't?) to share this journey with.
Very young looking and acting for my age, (apparently!). I meditate occasionally, compete in triathlons, and love being with my dog.

Looking for a kind gentle soul with. a good sense of fun. If you like a good argument then please look elsewhere. You don't have to be sporty but your fitness and health should be important to you.
